The Koru Path

An approach rooted in body, energy and inner wisdom

Healing is not about fixing  — it is about remembering.

Remembering the body's wisdom, the natural rhythm of the nervous system, and the inner intelligence that already knows how to move toward balance.

The Koru Path reflects this way of working. Like the koru spiral, the process unfolds

gradually  — rooted, intentional, and responsive to where you are now.

This is not a linear journey, nor a one-size-fits-all approach.

Each session meets you as you arrive.

What to Expect

My approach is intuitive, client-led, and grounded in presence.

Before your appointment

We take a moment to discuss what you need and what feels right for you.

During most of the sessions

I work in a calm and quiet way, allowing the body and nervous system to respond naturally.

The focus

Presence, awareness, and supportive touch rather than constant guidance or explanation.

In certain modalities such as deep tissue massage or guided journeys, verbal guidance may be

used when appropriate or helpful. Clear communication, consent, and comfort are always part of the process so the experience remains safe, respectful, and supportive.

The journey behind
Koru

A return to presence - through touch, stillness and awareness

After years in a fast-paced service environment, I reached a point where my nervous system needed a different environment — one rooted in quiet, meaning, and genuine connection.

Massage became the first place where I could offer calm, presence, and intentional touch  — a space where bodies could finally breathe.

As I continued this work, I also moved through my own healing. Life brought periods of deep change and questioning, leading me to explore other ways of understanding the body, emotions, and inner awareness.

This path naturally expanded into deep energy work, Reiki and guided journeys.

Over time I came to understand that healing is not something we force or fix, but something that unfolds when the body feels safe, supported and truly heard.

KORU reflects this journey.

Like the spiral it represents, the process is gradual

— returning again and again to presence, balance,

and the quiet wisdom already within.
